How can I buy a Gift Card?
Buying a DOMHINA Gift Card is very simple. Just go to this link and choose the desired amount ($50,00; $100,00; $150,00; $200,00, $250,00; $300,00; $500) choose a quantity (the number of cards to buy desired) and finally add it to the cart or pay it directly.
How will I receive my DOMHINA Gift Card?
You will receive the Gift Card in digital format at the email address given during purchase.
How can I use my DOMHINA Gift Card?
If you have purchased a DOMHINA Gift Card, your Gift Card will be sent to your email address with a reference code that should be entered during the checkout of your next purchase.
PAYMENT METHODS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) and also by Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Why my payment method was not accepted?
When you make a purchase, the payment transaction is subject to a bank check. If there are errors in the data provided or the amount of the order is not available in the account balance, the transaction is cancelled without any amount charged to the account. You will need to place a new order with the same payment method chosen previously or choosing another method among those available. If the problem persists and is not due to the reasons mentioned above, we advise you to contact the bank directly for clarification.
DELIVERY AND PURCHASE
How much does delivery cost?
We ship worldwide and we offer free delivery on all orders from €160 and from $170.
If the order is less than €160- $170, the shipping cost varies depending on the location.
How can I change or cancel my order?
To cancel or change your order contact us within 2 hour of purchase.
After this time, we can no longer cancel or change your order.
When will my order arrive?
We do our best to reduce shipping time. Generally the times vary from 5 to 10 working days up to 15-20 working days depending on your location.
Shipping times are valid from the moment the order is entrusted to the courier. External factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical problems, adverse weather conditions or inability to access the address indicated, may affect the punctuality of delivery.
You will receive a confirmation email about shipping and timing.
Will I have to pay anything when the order arrives?
Taxes are included in the price of the product for multiple countries, no additional taxes are calculated at checkout.
Some orders may involve additional duties that vary from country to country if the total order value surpasses a certain value. These are government-related fees and are out of the control of DOMHINA. DOMHINA are not responsible for these fees.
If my order arrived is wrong or damaged?
We always do our best to satisfy you. However, if your order is wrong or damaged, please read our return and refund policy to see if and how to get an exchange or refund.
What to do if my order does not arrive?
We ask you to always pay attention to the data you provide for the shipment, if your data are wrong or incomplete, it will not be possible to receive a refund for the package that never arrived.
Please note that shipping may be delayed and we will notify you. If the package does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us.
Unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control, it will not be possible to receive a refund if the package does not arrive in the following countries: Brazil, Mexico.
For all other conditions on the package that never arrived, we ask you to read our return and refund policy.
